Cancelling an order

Because every shirt is printed to order, you can cancel free of charge within 12 hours of placing your order, or at any time before it enters production. Email contact@nuvomera.com with your order number. Cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method within 3 business days.

Changing an order

We can change the size, color or shipping address before your order enters production. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need.

After production has started

Once an order is in production it can no longer be cancelled or changed, but you can still return it under our Return & Refund Policy.
