These Terms of Service govern your use of nuvomera.com and any purchase from Nuvomera, an online store operated by Luu Thi Hang, 211 S Court St, Campbellsville, KY 42718, United States. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We sell original graphic T-shirts printed to order. We make every effort to display colors and designs accurately, but screens differ and slight variations in color or print placement may occur. Measurements may vary by up to 1 inch from our Size Guide.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; changes do not affect orders already placed. Shipping fees are shown at checkout. If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund. Payment terms are described on our Payment Methods page.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

4. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy; returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy; cancellations by our Cancellation & Changes policy. These policies are part of these terms.

5. Intellectual property

All designs, images and text on this website belong to Nuvomera or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Our products are not affiliated with or endorsed by any sports league, team or player. See our Intellectual Property page.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
